We supply industrial equipment including EDM tap removers, tapping arms, tool support arms, and related accessories.

Our business operates on a pre-order and quotation-based system, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Order and Quotation Process

  • Products displayed on the website are not always held in stock
  • Customers submit a request or enquiry via the website

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Pricing

  • All pricing is provided via official quotation
  • Prices may vary depending on exchange rates, shipping costs, and supplier pricing
  • Pricing is only fixed once a quotation is accepted

Deposits and Payments

  • A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order, unless otherwise stated on the quotation
  • Deposits are non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and placed with suppliers
  • The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.

Order Cancellations

  • Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation after confirmation

Lead Times

  • While we aim to absorb delivery costs where possible, certain conditions may prevent this

Large and Heavy Items

  • Items such as workbenches may require palletized or freight delivery
  • Delivery may be arranged to a regional hub or require customer coordination
  • Offloading equipment (e.g. forklift) may be required at the delivery site and is the responsibility of the customer
  • Additional charges may apply
