The D-24R Electric Tapping Arm is a high-performance tapping system designed for medium to heavy tapping operations. Equipped with a powerful 1200W servo motor and planetary reducer, the machine delivers smooth power transmission and precise control during tapping operations.

The integrated 4.3-inch touch screen control system allows operators to program tapping depth, pitch, speed, torque, and direction. The system supports manual, automatic, and linkage modes, making it adaptable for both individual jobs and production work.

The machine includes automatic depth positioning for blind holes, ensuring accurate tapping depth and repeatable results.

A dual protection system with torsion protection and chuck overload protection helps prevent tap breakage and machine damage.

The articulated arm offers 360° horizontal movement with 0°–90° vertical adjustment, allowing the tapping head to reach different positions on large workpieces.
